A family home in Palaiopanagia, Greece, designed on a 1,000 sq.m. pentagonal site, features dynamic zones for indoor-outdoor connection, clear public-private separation, and potential expansion.
On a 1420 sq.m. east-west oriented site, this building with two volumes on pilotis creates dynamic interplay. 13 apartments combine public and private zones, extending into framed balconies for seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Materials include reinforced concrete, brick walls, and aluminum elements.
The design approach for the new 5-star hotel prioritizes environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, aiming for A+ certification. It combines Mediterranean architectural elements with eco-conscious materials, creating a contemporary ambiance throughout the complex.
Revitalizing Patras' old port, the Water Plaza reimagines urban space with floating platforms, art, and recreational zones. It strengthens city connections, preserving cultural hubs, enhancing landmarks, and offering diverse facilities like open theaters, pools, and fitness areas.
